One day and one night on the land at the Systema Academy. Saturday 15 to Sunday 16 August 2026
Most of us can't remember.
The idea came from a remark in the family class. One of the dads asked the question that prompted this event.
So on the 15th of August, here at the Academy and farm, we are hosting a wild camping night. One Saturday morning, one campfire, one night under the tarp.
Parents and children out on the land together. It is the family class carried out of the hall and into the trees.
Axe throwing
Shooting a bow and an air pistol.
Handling a knife properly, taught from first principles.
Tree Climbing
Lighting a fire from scratch and tending it safely.
Stalking through the trees after dark, the oldest game there is.
And putting up a tarp, making a bed, and sleeping out with you beside them.
Then dinner round the fire, stories, stars, and a child falling asleep outdoors next to you.
Breakfast on Sunday, pack down, home before lunch.
Tarp shelter for each parent and child group.

All the activity kit.
